Flores Bonitas y Corazones Rotos (Pretty Flowers and Broken Hearts) is one in the Women Artist Series by perfume house DSH Perfumes, and also one in a series that focuses on the Mexican painter Freida Kahlo. The perfume is an animal floral of sharp contrasts, portraying both the pretty and painful within the artist's life, as exemplified by two painted portraits by Kahlo, "Self-Portrait with Thorn Necklace and Hummingbird," and "The Wounded Deer." The perfumer Dawn Spencer Hurwitz says, "Flores Bonitas y Corozones Rotos is a perfume of beauty, pain, and Frida’s inner world."
