Osmanthus Absolu by Essential Parfums is a unisex eau de parfum created by perfumer Mathieu Nardin for Skins perfumery and released in 2026. The fragrance focuses on osmanthus, a flower traditionally used to scent tea in China, exploring its fresh, fruity and slightly leathery facets within a tea-centered composition. It opens with a bright, spicy combination of bergamot and cardamom, leading into a heart of osmanthus intertwined with smoky black tea and a subtle leather note. The base rests on cedarwood and vanilla, providing a warm, woody and gently sweet drydown. The formula is reported to contain a high proportion of ingredients of natural origin, including MANE’s Black Tea Pure Jungle Essence and upcycled cedarwood, and was developed specifically for Skins perfumery.
